Graduate University Students' Workshop on Intentional Self-Care - USA
Located in the Atlanta-metro area, Map to HOPE has conducted immersive workshops for middle school, high school, and college students, parents, non-profits/ NGO's, and corporations.
Map to HOPE partnered with Sustainable Investment Group for a 3 1/2-year project providing executive coaching, live monthly employee engagement, and workplace culture strategy & tools.
USAID Conference Workshop on Finding Your WHY - Nepal
Map to HOPE partnered with Tuskegee University for a USAID project training Professors and University staff in Nepal (year 1), then assisted planning an International USAID Conference where we conducted immersive workshops (year 2).
As Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Tuskegee University/ USAID, Map to HOPE developed culturally-relevant workshops, gathered tactical data, and produced technical USAID reports.

TRAUMA-INFORMED RESEARCH & TRAINING EXPERTISE
Mary Gates, CEO, leads on Georgia's Statewide Anti-Trafficking Task Force & is a featured speaker on anti-trafficking advocacy & prevention.
Since 2022, Mary regularly presents to over 300+ task force members representing the full spectrum of anti-trafficking intervention (including public health, criminal justice, child advocacy, nonprofit direct care, and higher education colleagues).
Technical Research Experience
Mary served as a Thesis Committee Member for the IRB-approved & published qualitative research study, “Defining Their Healing Journey: A Narrative Inquiry of Survivor-Centered Anti-Sex Trafficking Marketing and Approaches."
Alongside Work Group 7 on the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council's Anti-Trafficking Task Force, Mary assisted the Breanau University team with research questions, interview questions, strategic approaches, & trauma-informed framework.
Harm Prevention Workshops
Map to HOPE has developed proprietary training curriculum for schools, parents, students, and community groups on social media safety, domestic violence prevention, and the Myths vs/ Facts of Human Trafficking.
Since 2018, we have trained a wide range of organizations including non-profits, corporations, restaurant groups, and more on sexual harassment prevention & harm prevention topics.
