Our approach and services CATALYZE CHANGE in a world that is all-too often misaligned, heavy, and hopeless. To that end, we don't *just* offer toolkits & strategic consultation, but also transformative inspiration and harm-prevention programs. 


Whether it is workplace civility training, abuse & trafficking prevention, or social media safety for youth...we believe that safety and integrity are the foundations of any healthy culture.

Who We Are

Cliff & Mary Gates have been leadership trainers and mobilizers for 20+ years, having worked alongside a diverse group of nonprofits, NGOs, and governmental organizations.  With strong people skills & expertise in organizational systems, they have the passion and experience to analyze gaps, equipping leaders to implement systemic change & tactical HOPE.
